SELECTION OF LEGAL ARTICLES AND GOOD PRACTICES FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE MAGAZINE “ENTRE ASPAS”.
10TH. PUBLIC CALL FOR PAPERS-THE JOURNAL “ENTRE ASPAS”.
THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF UNICORP, Appellate Judge Mário Augusto Albiani Alves Júnior, in the exercise of powers provided for in article 4 of Resolution 10, edition of the Magazine named ENTRE ASPAS (Between Quotes), and by having the goal
of knowledge dissemination and socialization, as well as sharing experiences and good practices developed in the units of the
Judicial System and of the public service, with emphasis on strengthening networks of partnerships and relationships.
The ENTRE ASPAS journal is an yearly publication, registered with the IBICT (ISSN: 2179-1805), consisting of a main body encompassing articles about Legal Themes as well as Good Management Practices of the Judiciary System. Such articles, that can
be shared to improve the efficiency of the Judiciary, have as their focus on initiatives to improve the performance of administrative
and jurisdictional units.
1 - In this Edition, the articles should discuss the main theme and one of its sub-themes:
1. Contemporary Dialogues of the Judicial System:
1.1- Social function of occupied property rights and Land Regularization.
1.2- Proof standard and evidence assessment in the context of criminal proceedings.
1.3-Justice 4.0 - Innovation and Effectiveness in the Execution of Justice.

Deadline for article submission: 03/31/2023
Publication of results on the UNICORP website: 06/30/2023
3 - PROCEDURE FOR SENDING ARTICLES AND “A PRIORI” REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SELECTION
OF PAPERS AND AUTHORS.
3.1 – Authors who are interested in publishing their articles in the ENTRE ASPAS Journal must submit the article(s) through the
email [email protected], before MONTH/DATE/2023, at 11:59 PM. The body of the e-mail shall include the following
identification data of the interested party: full name, CPF (or Social Security Number, RG (or passport), profession, place of birth,
telephone, e-mail and home address. Attachements to be included:
- Legal Article, unidentified, prepared under the terms defined in this Notice, in .pdf format
– Article on Good Practices, unidentified, prepared under the terms defined in this Notice, in .pdf format
– The Declaration presented in Attachment I (ANEXO I), completely filled up and signed.
3.2 – A Legal Article is understood to be the doctrinal production of the author aiming at the goal of analyzing and exploring a topic
of interest of the Science of Law and the Judiciary system, as specified in this public call for papers.
3.3 - An Article on Good Practices is understood to be the production that brings about an experience of an innovative or more
efficient nature adopted by an administrative or jurisdictional unit and that can be shared, evidencing its contribution to the improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the legal system and of the Judiciary Power. An Article on Good Practices shall bring as
a requirement the proof of their effectiveness in real terms of the Good Practices when and where it was successfully adopted.
3.4 - If the article refers to research results, or if it involves human beings, they must be accompanied by the due authorizations.
3.5 - No author remuneration will be paid for the license to publish the article in the ENTRE ASPAS magazine (yearly Journal).
3.6 – Articles cannot contain plagiarism, and literal quotations, paraphrases or abstracts whenever employed must be accompanied by their explicit reference to the original publication.
3.7 - The identification of the author cannot be included in the content of the article submitted to ENTRE ASPAS magazine.
3.8 - All articles containing plagiarism or self-plagiarism will not be accepted.
3.9 - Monographs, master degree and doctoral theses will not be accepted.
3.10 – The article to be submitted for selection for publication in the ENTRE ASPAS Journal, with a maximum of 03 (three) authors, may be presented in the following languages: Portuguese, English or Spanish.
4 - EDITORIAL RULES
4.1 - The articles, prepared by a Brazilian or by a foreign author, must have not been published before and it should have the
minimum of 10 (ten) pages and the maximum of 25 (twenty five) pages, including pre-textual, textual and post-textual elements.
The Editorial and Scientific Board reserves the right not to analyze or publish papers that do not comply with the aforementioned
requirements.
4.2 - The author of the article will be responsible for the spelling and grammar review, and must proceed with the necessary
adaptations to approve the text for publication.
4.3 - The articles must be presented and formatted according to the documentation standards of ABNT-Associação Brasileira de
Normas Técnicas, (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards), in PDF format, ABNT-ISO A4 paper size.
4.4 – Pre-textual elements:
- title in Portuguese and English, with a maximum of 20 (twenty) words, including the subtitle (if any), highlighted (bold font). Title
and subtitle of the article must have only the first letter of each sentence in capital letters, except in cases where its use is mandatory. The font must be Times New Roman, size 12, and the text shall be justified.
- the summary must be positioned just below the title, with the number and name of the main sections that make up the article;
- abstract in Portuguese and English, with a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 200 words, in simple spacing, presenting the field
of study, objective, method, result and conclusion;
- keywords in up to 05 (five) terms in Portuguese and English, and they shall be separated and finalized by a period stop.
